Sovetskaya Street

The street starts from the Central Square and is running down eastwards to Davyd-Gorodok. Hence the old name of the street Davyd-Gorodok Str. It is the central and longest street of Stolin today. This was the main venue of the Harvest Festival in 2008.

Sovetskaya Street in Stolin

The entrance to the old park of Mankovichy, the former summer residence of the Radziwill's family, is at the former end of the Sovetskaya Street. A war memorial in the shape of the Soviet gun commemorates the liberation of the town in July 1944.
Once it was the town border and the street eneded here. Today the street continues eastwards.
